I found Jenna's program when we were looking for solutions to help our daughter with Crohn's. And when I did my 30-minute introduction call, it was amazing how many other conditions her program would help. It was clear that our whole family needed to do this program together.
Initially I was concerned about the dietary changes, because I love to cook. I didn’t lose weight as quickly as others in my group, but I did feel great almost immediately. The way I felt was a motivator! I started to get creative with my cooking, and now I have all new recipes.
