I didn’t start this program to lose weight. I started this program because I was interested in learning more about nutrition, and a healthier way to eat, and cook.

The knowledge from the program helped me make better decisions, and when the weight started coming off, I was impressed and pleasantly surprised.

I’ve lost 12 pounds in 12 weeks. I have plenty of energy. I feel lighter and better about myself.

Since I do most of the cooking, my boyfriend’s diet changed too. Though he was nervous at first, he ended up enjoying what I cooked and adjusting some of the meals to his preference by adding meat. Guess what? He lost weight too — without even trying. This program was really a victory for both of us.
