I have learned so much that has not only helped me, but benefits my family and friend's as well.

I thank God for bringing Jenna into my life over 2 years ago to help me. 

I was on a destructive path that had the potential to land me in the hospital quickly. With underlying medical conditions like hypertension, high cholesterol, anxiety, and obesity, I was an accident waiting to happen.

Thankfully, God nudged me to do something different, and I didn't ignore it. When I opened my mind to embrace change, the windows of opportunity opened for me to pivot. Honestly, I had become so tired of yo-yo dieting. It was exhausting. I was at a loss of what to do next.  

It was in those moments of grace and truth that Jenna came along and helped me to begin the process of reshaping my physical and mental wellbeing. I am now on a lifelong journey that has already yielded amazing results. 

My blood pressure is regularly in normal range without medication. Weight loss is consistent, and cholesterol levels are lower. My energy level is up so much that during the last year I took up cycling and now cycle with a team 3X weekly.

I have learned so much that has not only helped me, but benefits my family and friend's as well.

Thank you for standing with me in the battles I faced in changing my lifestyle and eating behavior. From the beginning you assured me that I didn't have to worry about going through this lifestyle change alone. God has been with you and God has been with me.
