Neither the LevelUP Health organization, or anyone associated with it, has, is, or will practice medicine with clients. Coach will not prescribe medicine or any medical treatment whatsoever. The coach will not adjust existing medications or treatments. The coach and LevelUp Health organization limits its services strictly to guiding clients through the wellness program. All medical decisions, treatments, and prescriptions are left entirely up to the client and client’s physicians. No aspect of the program or coach’s services are intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The coach recommends that the client always seek the advice of his or her physicians or other qualified health care providers with any questions regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new healthcare regimen.
